considering it’s a saturday and i haven’t posted any recipes in a while, i decided to challenge myself to do a little creative grocery shopping at the cafeteria and go back to the kitchen to cook up something tasty for lunch

Mimosas in the Morning
hay-lo. another wonderful easter treat courtesy of my boyfriend’s wonderful family.
i admit, this concoction is not the tastiest on the palate, but when poured over ice and drunk cold, it’s at least refreshing but most of all extremely healthy. just chug it. it’s good for you.

2 oranges: loads of vitamin C [and at the height of this holiday season, there is no such thing as too much vitamin C to ward off a nasty cold or flu] 2 carrots: loads of vitamin A literally. loads. super interesting things about oranges captivating article on carrots i’ll make some that taste good later :) but at least this was healthier than the taco bell the rest of my family just scarfed down
