i think it’s great to have the luxury to buy all these things - 40 calorie slices of bread, 0% fat 100-calorie yogurt, etc. - but it’s also important to know how to prepare healthy foods and enjoy them in moderation
as with everything, try to be knowledgeable - obviously try to opt for healthier options when you get the chance - they’re there, take advantage. but if you ever happen to find yourself in a situation where you don’t have a fantastic selection of these ‘diet’ foods (i don’t know, maybe studying abroad in a small town outside of rome or something) it’s always good to be able to adapt to still eat healthfully and in moderation

I think this was just a couple days after getting home from school. My mommy and i grilled up some garlic grilled artichokes. So delicious and so healthy!
These are so healthy and turned out so well! Honestly, though, they taste better with real maple syrup
homemade oatmeal panacakes
Ingredients
(serves 1)
Pancakes
½ cup Rolled Oats
½ cup 1% Cottage Cheese
½ cup Egg Whites
¼ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
Raspberry Sauce
¾ cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
