Chai Tea Latte
1) pour about 1/4 cup of boiling water over tea bag … let steep for a few minutes
2) heat about a cup of milk in microwavable bowl in microwave … about 1:30 to 2 minutes — i use vanilla Almond Breeze … super healthy, a little richer than fat free milk, and the vanilla tastes great in the latte
3) add about 1/2 to 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup to tea
4) whisk warm milk until frothy and pour over tea
5) i sprinkle mine with a little cinnamon — cinnamon is super good for you when worked into your diet in healthy amounts
TOTAL: about 100 calories depending on what and how much you use
