so this is more or less what my grocery list looks like… i know i forgot a few things. it’s helpful to keep a generic list of foods around to make sure you’re stocked up on the essentials

what helps me the most is keeping unhealthy snacks out of the house and making sure that i have plenty of fresh fruit around to munch on like crisp apples or sweet berries
