Anonymous asked: Are you a coffee drinker? If so, how do you make your coffee to where it is healthy without sacrificing taste?
HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE coffee drinker!! right now i have an electric bialeti espresso maker in my dorm room and i’ll usually drink about a shot of espresso mixed with about 2/3 of a cup of heated vanilla soy milk.
or if i’m at home with a coffee maker i’ll just drink it black because i actually prefer it that way
basically, as long as you stay away from excessive sugar or full fat milk, there’s nothing unhealthy about coffee
AND coffee itself has numerous health benefits :)
